Charges

Cost is based on average charges for these types of services. As a courtesy, insurance is billed for most patients. Assignment is accepted for Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and some HMO's; including (CP&L) and state employees. Each patient is ultimately responsible for services rendered.
